House Rules

2BHK Container villa here means - TWO separate Container studios with 1 bedroom + 1 bathroom each with separate balcony. One container studio in the ground floor and another in the 1st floor makes it a combined private 2BHK Container Villa for your group- be it family or friends.

1. Be mindful of the host’s belongings and follow any instructions provided to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone.
2. Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
3. No smoking inside the property.
4. Small gatherings are allowed; however, decorations, party sprays, confetti, balloons, or any items that may damage or stain the property are not permitted.
5. Pets are not allowed.
6. Kindly remove shoes upon entering the house.
7. Cooking using personal LPG cylinders or induction stoves inside the campus is not permitted.
8. Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay.
9. Please conserve energy by turning off lights and appliances when not in use.
10. Kindly follow the waste disposal guidelines provided.
11. Check-in and check-out times must be adhered to unless prior arrangements are made.
12. Please note that only washroom facilities are available for drivers; separate rooms or dormitory accommodation are not provided.
